The full range of medicinal benefits of Cannabidiol (CBD) are not yet fully understood.  Clinical Research shows CBD may be a potential treatment for certain conditions including chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, and even addiction.  What we do know is that our bodies have an endocannabinoid system which is responsible for the regulation of a number of physiological pathways including: stress response, mood, sleep, appetite, pain response, pleasure, temperature, focus, memory, concentration, and fertility.

CBD is derived from the plant species Cannabis Sativa L., the same plant as its currently illegal cousin.  However, these particular strains contain 0.3% Delta-9 THC (or less), which is the illegal compound in Cannabis.  Delta-9 THC is responsible for the psychoactive effects and impairment associated with Cannabis.  These products do contain trace amounts of THC, so it is possible to fail a drug test depending on the individual and the test used.  If you are being tested, we suggest you use CBD Isolate products or abstain from using.

Along with CBD, these plants contain dozens of other Cannabinoids & Terpenes, which synergistically work together to create the “entourage effect”.  Simply put, this means that these compounds work better together than they do by themselves.  The Terpenes that give Cannabis its aroma and flavor may also be responsible for some of the medicinal benefits.

We encourage you to take the time to do your own research on any substance you consider consuming.  These are scientific studies published by respected journals which we regard as unbiased and objective.  Please research responsibly.
